BARCELONA - Barcelona announced that the players behind EricAbidal will undergo liver transplant surgery in the coming weeks.Abidal was diagnosed with liver cancer a year ago exactly in March 2011.

After undergoing surgical removal of his tumor last year, Abidalshould be diving for seven weeks of recovery. This still leaves a giant Catalonia 12 party again in La Liga.
