Jakarta - La Nyalla Mattalitti won a landslide in the election of the chairman (PSSI) at the Extraordinary Congress (KLB) FootballRescue Committee held Indonesia (KPSI) at the Hotel Mercure,Ancol, Jakarta, Sunday (18/03/2012).
La Nyalla the victory was predictable from the start. Some strongrivals such as Dodi Reza Alex, Achsanul Qasasi, Toni Apriliani, andRahim Soekasah resigned as chairman candidate shortly before an election.
As a result, the general chairman of the selection process which involved 81 voters, La Nyalla not have significant resistance. He gained a total of 79 votes.
Gusti Randa is the closest rival to gain 2 votes. The MR Kambu,Ryan Latif, and Ilham Noer Toadji not get any sound at all.
"Thank you for granted. It is entrusted to me," said La Nyalla some time after his election.
"I hope no more divisions within our national football. All parts ofIndonesia who want to advance the football we should embrace.
"No more pros and cons, the current national team how Indonesiacould be a tiger of Asia."
The show is currently suspended while the outbreak of rest and will be continued with the agenda of the general election of vicechairman and member of the Executive Committee.
